Are all MeiKind products Vegan and Cruelty Free?
What do we mean by ‘Vegan’ and ‘Cruelty Free’ cosmetics?
By using the term ‘Vegan’, we mean a product that does not contain any animal ingredients or animal-derived ingredients. This includes, but is not limited to, honey, beeswax, lanolin, collagen, albumen, carmine, cholesterol, gelatin, and many others. To many, the term ‘vegan’ also means that a product is free from animal testing as well. However, we distinguish this to the term ‘cruelty free’.
How do we know the cosmetics we supply are vegan and cruelty free?
We only target those companies who have the same values as us and we speak directly to the cosmetic companies to ensure our expectations are clear as well as checking the listed ingredients.
Do the companies you work with only create vegan and cruelty free cosmetics?
No. The companies we work with do not necessarily have a complete range of vegan products, however we only sell the vegan and cruelty free products that they make on our website. We believe by increasing the demand for these products, we can encourage the industry to make this the norm.
You sell a product I love but you don't have my shade/colour?
Unfortunately, its's not always the case that every shade/colour of product is vegan and cruelty free.
Do you post oversees?
At the moment we're only accepting orders in the UK but watch this space!
Do we accept returns?
We hope you’re delighted with your order. However if you wish to cancel an order or you’re not happy with what you’ve received, we ask you to contact us through our contact page and return the unused item to us in its unopened, usable and re-saleable condition within 28 days from when we sent it to you.

Can I return opened products?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any opened or used product. That being said, please get in touch with us to see if there’s anything else we can do.
I've changed my mind, can I return my order?
If you've changed your mind within 28 days from when we dispatched your order (and it is still in an unopened, usable and re-saleable condition) then we are able to offer a refund or exchange. Our only request is that you pay for return postage and packaging.

Where is my order?
Once your order is processed, you should receive your delivery within 1-5 working days depending on the postage option. So please leave this time to receive your order, if you’re order doesn’t arrive in this time please let us know through our contact page and we will endeavor to speed up the delivery.
